Surrounded by a large native garden, perched high on the hill sits this three bedroom, contemporary timber clad beach house. Walking through the front door draws you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, into the large, light-filled open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and ready to begin your holiday. Before you can explore the house too much, the view across the treetops draws you out onto the beautiful timber clad deck. Think long summer BBQs, reading a good book in a quiet shady nook or enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day whilst watching the sun disappear from view. This property has it all.

Living Areas:
The lounge area is bright and spacious with gorgeous timber floors, an L-shaped lounge, 45 TV and gas log fire. Sliding doors from the lounge area open out onto the deck, connecting the two spaces together. A couple of steps lead up to the kitchen and dining area, where the ceiling opens up and high windows flood the space with light. The dining table has enough seating for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equiped, complete with everything you would need, including coffee machine (bring your own ground coffee).
Kids are well catered for with a separate entertainment area including 45 TV, surround sound, Netflix Blue Ray player. There is also a separate games room down at the bottom of the garden complete with table tennis table.

Bedrooms:
The master suite comes complete with queen size bed, walk-in robe and well designed ensuite. Sliding doors open out onto the deck, again allowing you to take advantage of the lovely view. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and has a lovely outlook onto the trees. The third bedroom has two single beds and a trundle bed and has a private outlook of the front native garden.

Bathrooms:
The central bathroom has an oversized shower with luxurious rainfall shower head and bath tub. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom with it's own sink for convenience. The ensuite has a large shower and separate toilet.
There is a reasonable sized laundry complete with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outdoor Living:
From the main living area, step out onto the large partly undercover deck where you can enjoy an alluring view of the surrounding area. The perfect place for a summer BBQ, there is a a BBQ, a Weber and outdoor table with seating for 6-8, all undercover. There are also a couple of Acapulco chairs to relax in, so either sit in the shade, taking in the serenity or drag the chairs further out onto the deck and and enjoy some sun drenched relaxation. For those cooler nights, there is a gas heater on the deck.
The kids will love exploring the large backyard, clambering down the hill via stepping stones winding through the native bush garden. A paved terrace is the feature of the back garden with another peaceful place to relax. There is a firepit here also, ready to be enjoyed on a mild night under the stars or on a lazy, sunny winter's afternoon.
In a private area of the front yard, you will find an outdoor shower - great for washing away the sand and salt after a frolic along the beach.

The Peninsula Hot Springs is only a 7min drive away and also close are a number of popular golf courses - take your pick.
