Palm Paradise features high-end coastal chic furnishings & décor in a spacious split floorplan. The three bedrooms feature high end linens, 2 living room areas, dining room and has a well-appointed, large kitchen with new appliances and lots of counterspace! The dining table seats six, and you`ll find even more dining options at the breakfast bar and poolside at the patio table. The living room has a large sectional, 50` Smart TV and a cozy fireplace.

Luxury linens in all bedrooms will not disappoint. The huge primary suite boasts a super comfortable king size bed, TV, and an en suite bath, complete with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. The surf style twin room has two twin beds and desk. The Florida room off the dining room has a queen size futon that can sleep 2 people. 2nd bath has tub and shower. Both TVs have Spectrum Cable and both are smart TVs.

You will have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. The pool is very private and the entire back yard and pool area are both fully fenced.

The Space Coast’s best dining options can be found in downtown Melbourne only a few blocks away. Whether it is our renowned seafood, craft cocktails or something more casual in the endless café options no guest will leave Downtown hungry – or thirsty!

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the pool and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming presents to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Hosts.
