This modern weatherboard, three bedroom house has a relaxed and intimate feel with hints of the beach throughout. Situated only 15 mins walk to the beach, this property is ideal for getting away from the big smoke and reconnecting with family or friends.
Living Area
Stepping through the front door brings you into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, decorated in tones reminiscent of driftwood, sand and fresh air. There is an L-shaped lounge and 55 TV. Open up the side board under the TV and you'll find some board games to play in those quiet moments. A split system air conditioner will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
There is seating for 6 at the round dining table - bringing everyone back together over dinner and 3 stools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equiped should you want to cook, with everything you need in easy reach. There is a Breville Nespresso coffee machine so bring some coffee pods for your caffeine hit. Can't get by without your music? No problem, connect your smartphone or device via bluetooth to the BOSE speaker on the kitchen bench.
Bedrooms
The three bedrooms lead directly off from the lounge area. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix. The second bedroom has a tri bunk with double bed on the bottom and single on top. The third bedroom overlooks the front of the property and has a double bed as well as a ceiling fan. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for those hot summer nights.
Bathroom
Perfect for a family, the bathroom has both a bath and shower. Laundry facilities are included in the bathroom with a separate sink and combined washing machine/dryer.
Outdoor Living
From the dining area, bifold doors connect the house to a fabulous BBQ area and deck - the perfect place to watch the kids play in the sandpit, run around on the lawn or bounce on the in-ground trampoline. The BBQ is permanently plumbed to the gas, so you'll never run out half way through cooking. Pull up an Acapulco chair and watch your BBQ chef prepare your lunch or chill out on a deck chair with a magazine and glass of wine and unwind.
