It has ample parking for one car and nearby tram and train links, which make exploring Melbourne easy. Itâs a 10-minute walk from dining on Koornang Road and 30 minutes from the CBD via train.

Certain bedrooms also function as their own private retreats, including the self-contained main room with a full kitchen. The Neighborhood:
Carnegie is a quiet suburban neighbourhood with great train links to the Melbourne CBD in about 30 minutes. The neighbourhood centres around Koornang Road, where youâll find most of its popular restaurants and cafes. It also has a number of green spaces, including Koornang Park and Packer Park. Venture north to Carnegie Central for shopping or south to explore Duncan Mackinnon Reserve.

Public transport
Murrumbeena Station is about 900 metres away and has regular services to the Melbourne CBD in around 20 minutes. The Carnegie/Truganini Rd tram stop is 600 metres away and has multiple lines servicing the surrounding suburbs and the CBD. There are also bus stops along Coorigil Road.
Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a safe and easy way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events.
