Great house in Epping

Great place to stay, kreepy crawly still in pool, so unable to use it (did not want to break it by removing it). Had all the items one might need it want. Would totally recommend staying there.

Amazing

We recently stayed at Sam’s property it was nothing short of amazing. The home met every single need for our family holiday. We have a range of ages and everyone was catered to. We stayed at Sam’s house for 5 nights and I cannot say we needed anything at any point in time. We felt right at home. Laundry facilities, kitchen appliances. The kids loved the swimming pool. Sam provided clean towels for both bathroom use and pool use.Communication with Sam was also amazing. Any questions I had, he answered immediately. The house is perfectly located near shops, Costco, parks and we were even able to take a walk in the mornings through the park adjacent to the house, where the kids seen kangaroos and loved it. We were able to relax of an evening and watch movies on Netflix. Sam even reached out to me after we left to drive back to Sydney to wish us a safe trip. I simply cannot recommend Sam’s home and Sam as a host enough.Amazing! Fabulous! Awesome!

5-Star Holiday Accommodation – Highly Recommended!

We recently stayed at this holiday house in Melbourne, and it was nothing short of amazing! The house was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The sparkling pool was an added bonus and provided a refreshing retreat – it was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained.Upon check-in, the host, Sam, went above and beyond by generously stocking the house with bottled drinking water, milk, tea, and coffee, which was a delightful touch. Sam also provided a detailed guide of local dining options and must-visit destinations, which made exploring the area a breeze. The availability of plenty of body soap, shampoo, and cleaning products ensured a stress-free and relaxing experience.We can’t thank Sam enough for the care and attention to detail that made our stay so memorable. This 5-star accommodation is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing, hassle-free holiday. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!
