âą If you notice any damage to the house which could be caused by previous guests, please take a photo of it from 3 different distances and send to us through Airbnb.
âą You accept responsibility for any damages caused during your stay.
âą If you accidentally break anything in the house during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
âą If you lose a key, the host will arrange a locksmith to change the locks at your expense which could equate to more than AUD 500 (five hundred AUD).

âą Failure to obey house rules will result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction.
âą There is always a chance of construction nearby our properties and we arenât given notice prior. If this happens during your stay, we are unfortunately not able to compensate as it is outside of our control.
