|Check-in Details: You will receive check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

|Early Check-in
Check-in time is from 3 pm, but if you’re arriving early, we’ll do our best to accommodate you! Early check-in depends on availability on the day. If you’d like to guarantee early access, the best option is to book the night before (if available).

|Late Check-out
Check-out is by 10 am, but if you’re hoping for a little extra time, just let us know. We’ll accommodate where we can! To guarantee a later check-out, we suggest booking an extra night in advance.

|Pets Welcome: Small pets are permitted; however, we kindly ask that they are not left unattended in the garden or inside the apartment.

|Budd Place has TWO apartments. If the one you are looking at is not available on your selected date, the other apartment may be an option if it`s available.

|This Apartment is on the first floor, so to access the apartment you will need to go up one flight of stairs.

|The main address is Alexandra Parade, but the entry is via the quieter Budd Street.
#No parties allowed. This property has a strict policy regarding noise and gatherings.
#Maximum of 4 guests allowed at the property.
#Quiet hours are from 9 PM onwards. Please be respectful of the surrounding area and maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbours.
