A three-minute drive (or ten-minute walk) brings you to the Blairgowrie shopping strip, with cozy cafĂ©s, local eateries, a butcher, IGA and a bottle shop. Youâre also just a ten-minute drive to Sorrentoâs Ocean Beach Road shopping strip and seven minutes to Woolworths in Ryeâmaking winter provisioning easy and convenient.
Other attractions in the area include the Alba Thermal Springs & Spa and the Peninsula Hot Springs (15 minutes by car), the Enchanted Adventure Park (25 minutes by car) and stunning wineries (30 minutes by car). The nearby Rye festival offers fun entertainment for children during the summer holidays and is just a five-minute drive away.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 11
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
Guest Limit Policy:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any timeâday or nightâmust not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 11. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
