You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.



If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.



Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

Facilities access: building induction attendance is required, organized by the building management department every Monday and Wednesday night. If you wish to use the communal facilities, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the booking link for the induction.



Rubbish Disposal Reminder

Please do not place cardboard boxes or large items in the bin chute, as this can cause blockages and damage.

Instead, dispose of these in the large bins at the loading dock.

Kindly read and follow the instructions posted near the bin chute carefully to avoid any potential breaches of building rules and fines.



Extra bedding:

Our apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (1 queen). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!



Last minute same day booking:

There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.



Early Check-in & Late Checkout:

To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.
