There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living spaces, home office and an alfresco area where the kitchen opens out to your very own undercover terrace that has the most amazing vantage point to watch the children play in the pool, on the lawn or enjoying the trampoline.
You will find high quality craftsman ship throughout with timeless contemporary lines and a carefree design provide the ultimate entertaining beach house. Flowing floorboards and stone benchtops showcase the luxury appointments, while the flexible floor plan is ideal for all year round entertaining.
A host of luxury features include ducted heating and cooling, open fireplace, quality appliances, heated swimming pool and off-street parking. All situated within walking distance to the 16th beach, and the popular 16th Beach general store and only a short drive to Rye/Blairgowrie/Sorrento Village and Bay beaches.
