2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.
3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.
4. If extra keysets must be requested on the reservation and security deposit will apply. upon your arrival and stay delivery fee will apply.
5. Lost and found property
We only keep âlost and found propertyâ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the âlost and found propertyâ, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.
We will make sure everything is well prepared for you. But if you need anything or there is an emergency, we will attend within 2 hours.
1. Smoking is not permitted and a minimum of $300 penalty shall apply.

Late check-out without notification given to the host will incur the following additional charges applied to your Airbnb account:
