The property is professionally cleaned between each guest’s stay to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Before you check out, we kindly ask that you do a little tidying up, such as disposing of your garbage. While we don’t expect a full clean-up, leaving the apartment in a reasonable condition is greatly appreciated and helps our cleaners prepare for the next guest efficiently.

Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is strictly before 10:00 AM.
- If you book on the same day as your arrival, there may be a slight delay in check-in, but we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Keys & Security:
- One set of keys will be provided for your stay.
- If the key or fob is lost or damaged, a $250 replacement fee will apply.
- If keys are locked inside the apartment and a locksmith is required, the cost will be the guest’s responsibility.

Late Check-outs:
- Our cleaners operate on a schedule, and delays may result in a late fee. If this happens, guests may be responsible for covering this charge.

Check-out Process:
- Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to their designated location upon check-out and send it via the Airbnb chat for confirmation.

🚨 Important House Rules:
- Parties and gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the cancellation of your booking, and immediate removal from the premises, and no refund will be issued.
- Please respect our neighbors and take care of our home as if it were your own.
