Die Wohnung befindet sich im Süden Istriens. Es befindet sich in Banjole und hat einen schönen Meerblick, der weit weg ist Nur 300m. Der Besitzer des Hauses wohnt oben mit seinem Hund Neron. Er pflegt das gesamte Anwesen und in seinem exklusiven Ein Teil wächst Öko-Gemüsegarten und Obstgarten. Er beschäftigt sich mit dem Anbau von Aloe Vera und Goji-Beeren. Der Strand mit Strandbars befindet sich 1 km in Richtung Premantura, bekannt durch das Kap Kamenjak, eine erhaltene Oase ganz im Süden der Halbinsel Istrien.

In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung, 2 Restaurants sind zu Fuß 300m, 800m entfernt, und es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants in Pomer und Premantura. Die gesamte Zone ist ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Schwimmen, Schwimmen und Tauchen.Während der Sommersaison ist alles reich an Stadtfesten, Konzerte und viel Spaß.
