Slps 4 1BR/1BA. Tiny home with Private patio, Smart TV, WiFi, kitchenette, gazebo + grill. 5 min walk to Bath Lake/Cobblestone Row shops, 15 min to the wildlife refuge, 5 mins to Lake Lawtonka, Minutes to Holy City, Old Fort Sill Museum, Escape the Park, the Medicine Park Aquarium.



The tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Knees in the Breeze is one of the first-floor tiny houses, and it is located to the left of the gazebo. It is below the orange Pistol Pete's Place. It has a queen bed with a full-sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with a shower stall.



Guests who reserve will have their own patio with 2 swinging hammock chairs and a separate bistro set. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.



Note: The upstairs landings and rooftop decks are for second-floor guests only. Please enjoy the incredibly comfortable swinging hammock chairs on your patio!



It is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park. Our resort has 10 tiny houses arranged in sets of 2 tiny houses each, and coming soon are 2 restaurants, a craft beer tap room, and 4 tiny shops. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk down the street. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing.



In the Heart of Medicine Park, Right outside of Fort Sill, is perfect for Basic Training Graduation.



It offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing.



Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.



ADDITIONAL RULES

• No Smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on outdoor private patios (keep ashes outside!)

• No pets

• No parties/events without prior permission

• Maximum: 6 people on patios

• Be courteous to other guests

• Rooftop decks are for upstairs guests only

Unlike other AirBnBs/VRBOs, we don’t have a long list of checkout chores. We just ask this:



• Please remove all trash from your tiny house and place it in dumpsters.

Don’t forget the fridge and microwave!

• Please leave your tiny house unlocked, with the key on the counter.
