We checked in later in the evening around 7pm and were welcomed by an very enthusiastic front desk staff. (Sorry I didn't catch your name). He easily checked us in and got us to our room in easy time. We walked into our room and we're very happy.
The two beds were very comfortable, made nicely and clean with a lot of comfortable pillows. The room and the floor itself were clean and very welcoming. Bathroom was clean but I did lack shampoo/conditioner, as I had forgot mine.
A very large assortment of towels, shower was clean and ran well.
There was no fridge or coffee pot in the room, which did affect us.
New Tv with a lot of channel options, and high speed internet that connected and ran smoothly.
Our view was excellent as well, as we faced the mountains, though not all rooms faced that direction - keep that in mind!
The only downfall is that it's near a rail way, when the train went by you could hear it very loudly. It didn't bother us as it wasn't too late at night.
Overall, check in, check out, room, beds, view, everything was clean and very welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay and would most definitely come back.
