At the edge of the beautiful historic Old East medford residential neighborhood, and just before it turns into the business, downtown part of town. You are within walking distance to many restaurants & shopping as well as parks, farmer's market, and movie theater.

You will have access to the entire first floor of the guest house, you also have a small, private, fenced courtyard with patio chairs in the front of your unit.

You will be provided with a secure link to your digital keycard, which includes everything you will need for your stay, including, check-in instructions, your house guide, area recommendations, requests for late check-out and early check-in, wifi information, access, parking and gate and door codes and more.

Front door opens into the small, but cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, the large kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The downstairs queen bedroom includes a closet and an attached bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and private washer/dryer. (please note there is no dining room in this cottage)

Upstairs, you will find another well appointed full studio living space. Upstairs studio includes: Queen bed, large screen TV private bathroom with tub/shower, kitchenette, with mini fridge, sink, microwave & coffee/tea supplies.

Upstairs and downstairs living spaces are separated by a door, and each have their own parking and entrances. The units can be rented together or separately. This listing and pricing includes rental of both the upstairs and the downstairs units with the doors between units open. Please see pictures and the picture descriptions for best understanding of the setup.
