The studio apartment is loft type and has large spaces so that you feel at home, it has a comfortable bathroom with hot water, a comfortable Queen bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The building has a washing machine and dryer for a fee, there is a free washing in the apartment.

For monthly reservations, a monthly limit of EPM public services (gas, water, electricity, sewage) of 250,000 COP per month is defined. If this value is exceeded, it must be assumed by the guest.
