El Poblado is an area that is easily walkable, but Medellin is a city with many mountains, so it may be better to opt for an Uber, which are plentiful in the city. If you have a car, don't worry about looking for a parking space, Ayamonte has a free underground garage for all our guests.

Please note that before booking, there is ongoing construction work happening on a nearby street, which may generate occasional noise during the day. 🛠️

Additionally, some neighboring apartments may be completing internal renovations.



Construction schedule:

🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

🕐 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

📅 Monday to Friday (no work on weekends or holidays)



There is no nighttime construction, and activity is limited to daytime hours.
