HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM-12 AM
RESERVATION POLICIES:
1 - Door code and elevator card are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours (4 PM-12 AM).
2 - Early check-in and Late check-out, are subject to availability
3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $100 and registration form are still pending.
4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately to the host.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be made after 10 AM as per the platform's policies.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you want to coordinate any amenities, please make sure to inform the host 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM).
12 - Extra cleanings, if applicable, should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.
13 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY:
The amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking is $100. As an API software-connected Host, we are entitled to ask for a preventive fee in case of damages with the usage of a 3rd party. Airbnb's policy, see here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/140
In situations where the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, we will turn to the resolution center to address the liability for these damages. Through this process, Airbnb may either charge the cost to your card or apply AirCover for resolution.
14 - REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. and even will ask you to scan your credit card. - It's crucial to complete both links accurately (Deposit and registration); failing to do so will result in the termination of your reservation with no possibility to refunds.
15 - CITY PENALTIES: The guest will bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties directly related to their stay, if applicable, plus any damages and a 20% extra of the total as compensation to the host, these additional 20% will be allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification via a third party app called SUPERHOG.
You will also be given the choice between paying a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT or buying a NON-REFUNDABLE DAMAGE WAIVER. We suggest you buy the deposit as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. The deposit takes up to 7 days to be refunded.

Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and close the door behind you
Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
