You'll have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the living area. Enjoy the added fun of your private arcade machine! The apartment also features air conditioning, We a laundry mat located downstairs in the first floor with a multiple washers and dryers (all guests get 10 percent discount on there clothes) there is no washer or dryer in the apartment itself, and wireless internet. While you're staying, you'll have access to amenities like linens, towels, and essential toiletries. Please note that the apartment is entirely private for your comfort and enjoyment.

From there, you can connect to other parts of the city. The ride to the airport, José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), usually takes around 45 minutes by car or taxi. Several paid parking lots are available in the vicinity of the apartment if you're driving. Enjoy seamless travel throughout Medellín, using the Metro, taxis, or ride-sharing services.

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability; please inquire in advance. The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood, and while we strive to provide a peaceful environment, some street noise is to be expected. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We kindly ask that you dispose of your trash in the designated bins located outside the building. For parking, there are paid parking lots available nearby. The apartment does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundry mat located downstairs on the first floor with multiple washers and dryers (all guests get a 10 percent discount on there clothes). Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially during late hours. Enjoy your stay!
