The Space:

Spend time by the lake with the people who matter most! This spacious Lake McQueeney retreat is made for unforgettable family getaways, and extended stays. The main house features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining space, and a laundry room to make your stay feel just like home.



A separate private wing accessible through an exterior entrance offers 3 additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. While detached, this wing is connected to the main house and designed with privacy in mind. One bedroom features a queen bed, while two others each include 2 queen beds and a twin, making the entire property sleep up to **16 guests** comfortably. (Note: This wing does not include a kitchen.)

Guest Access:

Virtual lock with a personalized code for entry. Check-in instructions with access code are sent as it gets closer to your check in time once cleaning crew has property ready, and after guest agree to the house/lake rules and disclaimer.



Lake Access & Safety: Use the lake at your own risk. Guests are required to bring their own life vests. For safety, all guests under the age of 18 are required to wear a life vest when near the water. Children must be supervised at all times when near the water. No lifeguard is on duty. Please ensure everyone understands safe swimming practices. Be cautious and slippery surfaces and sudden drop-offs.



Water Access: There is a ladder off the boat dock for easy access to the lake. Guests must use the ladder at their own risk.

Other Things to Note:

Each additional guest after 10 will incur a $25 per person per night fee.



You must agree to house/lake rules and disclaimer in order to receive the access code (shortly before check-in, and once cleaning crew has the property ready).



DETACHED SEPARATE-WING LAYOUT: By booking, guests confirm they have reviewed the floor plan provided in the listing photos and understand the layout. Please review layout, especially if traveling with young children.



NO PARTIES. NO GATHERINGS (anyone outside of the reservation number of guests). All guests must be mentioned; including visitors.

NO SMOKING. (indoors. and outdoors). You will be charged a $200 fee for any parties or smoking on property and asked to leave without a refund.

DO NOT USE THE INDOOR FIREPLACE.



No Pets over 25 lbs. 2 pet maximum ($120 Per pet per stay). Guests must bring their own dog poop bags and pick up any dog poop. If dog poop found you will be charged a $100 fee.



Security cameras outdoors only, for liability and your safety.



MAIL: We do not have access to the mailbox at this property. If you choose to have packages delivered to the doorstep, you are welcome to do so. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any issues such as theft by porch pirates or delayed arrivals. We will not be able to ship packages to you if they do not arrive during your stay.
