Welcome to ‘Point of View’! Come relax at this beautiful 5-bedroom home with unmatched views of Deep Creek Lake! Enjoy panoramic views of the lake from the deck, great room, dining room, master bedroom, lower level game room and outdoor stone patio. Bring your boat to create those fun lake memories, as a private dock slip is just down the hill on a protected part of DCL. Wind down your day under the stars on the newly constructed outdoor stone patio that includes a new hot tub and fire pit.

The Space:
Make yourself at home in this two-level house. The upper level has a spacious master bedroom and a remodeled master bathroom with a large shower and soaking tub. The upper level also has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with full over full bunk beds; these two rooms share one bathroom. The formal living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room complete the top level of the interior. The top deck includes a large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and lots of seating for you to enjoy the views.

The lower level has a large game room with a new large tv, fireplace, and pool table. This level also has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and an additional full bathroom. The new outdoor stone patio contains a stone fire pit and new, high-end hot tub.

You will also have access to the garage.

Guess Access: The entire house is yours, including the garage, laundry room, and most importantly the Dock Slip! The dock slip is located at the Monte Vista community docks and is generally available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The Neighborhood:
"Primo Vista" is in the Monte Vista development. It is filled with beautiful homes up on a hill overlooking Deep Creek Lake.

Getting Around:
You will definitely need a car to get around. There is no public transportation (or Uber/Lyft) around...

You can walk to the dock slip, but since we are on top of a hill with a beautiful view, it is a bit of a hike down to the slip! There is parking available right next to the dock slip.

Other Things to Note:
We have a strict "No Smoking" policy. Please respect this. Any evidence of smoking or cigarette butts left around the property will be subject up to a $500 fine.

We are Dog-Friendly! But please let us know and pay a $100/pet fee for the entire stay. We will allow yo to 2 dogs, and prefer them to be under 50 lbs.

All bookings must have an Adult over 25 and have a positive history as a tenant with Airbnb.
