Great location!

The house was perfect for a ski weekend with our family. We enjoyed the big couch, the hot tub, the pool table, and the large kitchen.

Good location but a tired, sad, run-down property

The house was built in 1990 and there have been NO visible improvements since then! Many things don't work (dryer, ice maker, ceiling fans, screen doors) and there was an overwhelming stench in the lower level that we were forced to try to cover up with air freshener. Beds were a joke - bunk beds were like prison cots and queens were uncomfortably saggy. The house was "surface clean," but needs a deep scrubbing. Kitchen appliances were tired and scratched, as were the dishes and utensils. It seems no one cares about this place ,- though we paid market rate. Only good things were the location, linens and allowance for dogs. Overall, made for a very disappointing vacation and waste of money.

Great location!

We loved this house and its location. Can walk down to restaurants and the arcade, just 3 mins away from the Wisp Resort. We also enjoyed the hot tub with a beautiful view!

Great place to stay

1. Email reminders kept me updated 2.Easy check in 3.Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen 4. Outdoor space was a little hilly but good for cornhole, badmitton 5.. Great view from deck 6. Great hotub 7. Someone was always available to answer phone with any questions and was always very pleasant and courteous OVERALL GREAT PLACE TO STAY. PLAN ON BOOKING AGAIN NEXT YEAR

Good location, but too many things not working

The house was in a good location, with a nice game room and hot tub. The biggest issue is the Wify was so weak that only one person at a time could be on it. Also the dryer and ice maker were not working. When we arrived the front trash box was broken with trash everywhere, but Riley quickly came out to fix it.

Unbelievably UNCOMFORTABLE!!

There was a large list of unsastisfactory elements that became evident over our stay. Most importantly the discomfort of the bedding and furniture. The air conditioner being one. The ac unit is not keeping the house cool. We did have maintenance so graciously stop and help with this issue. His solution was to wipe off the outside of air conditioner. He stated that he would not clean the wheel due to the need of disassembling the ac unit. When clearly you can see the dust and grime packed on the blower wheel. This has not helped with cooling the house. The front deck has a deck board popping up 3 inches in front of the living room sliding door The beds in the house. The bunk beds are very unstable and are unsafe for the kids to climb up in and sleep on. The queen mattresses up stairs have absolutely zero support to the point that we have been sleeping on the couch. The bedding and the pillows have holes in them. The wifi is awful. We will be back to the area but not at this particular house.

In need of some TLC

As soon as we pulled in, you could see the aging of the exterior of the house. There were large ants around the entry door and all around the perimeter of the home. Once we entered the house we noticed there were ants inside as well (Maintenance was notified and they did come and spray). The interior of the home looked as they were in the photos. The furniture has definitely seen better days. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and absolutely need replaced. The couch is much more comfortable. The showers in both of the bathrooms need a good bleaching. There is mildew on the upstairs bathroom shower mat and the downstairs bathroom is moldy. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom has a crack and pinches the skin. The kitchen pots and pans are barely usable (some with old food still on them), thankfully there was an outdoor grill. The only AC is a wall unit in the dining area, so don't plan on closing any of the bedroom doors at night (it gets extremely hot in the bedrooms). The entire downstairs has a mildew smell and it really not a usable space. The deck wood is rotting and there are nails and splinters everywhere, however the view does offer a beautiful sunset. Very disappointed in this home, but we made the best of it.

House was the perfect size for my friends and I. The biggest take away was that the Wi-Fi was horrible. If you have 10 friends there you can’t all be on the Wi-Fi because it cannot support it

Great vacation spot

This place would get 5 stars if they got new beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, my wife and I ended up sleeping on the couch. That being said, the house was awesome otherwise! Great location, very clean, lots of things to do. I would absolutely stay here again if they got new beds.
