This cozy 3 bedroom retreat in a lakefront community at the heart of Deep Creek Lake. Perfectly situated just minutes from skiing, dining, shops, and all the area's top attractions. The main floor features a kitchen, dining area for family meals, and a cozy living room with a fireplace—perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes or the water. A half bath and walkout access to the spacious deck provide a great spot to unwind while taking in peaceful views of the lake and mountains. Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and three inviting bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with a queen bed, and a primary bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a friends' getaway, there's plenty of room for everyone. With lake access steps away and Wisp Resort just around the corner, Cozy Condo is your home base for four-season fun at Deep Creek Lake.

THIS HOME is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). This home does not internet or air conditioning. Max. parking spaces is 2.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. No pets allowed in any home that is not specifically listed as Pet Friendly.

WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
