The Space:
This is a huge, 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath beautiful home with the most amazing view of Deep Creek Lake! King Master upstairs with newly remodeled full bath, exercise room with Peleton & treadmill, work space and reading room. The main level has the most divine great room with huge chalet windows, dining area, awesome kitchen with multiple sinks and cement countertops and a wine fridge. The main level has a 1/2 bath and a full bath equipped for handicapped, with two bedrooms (queen bed with bunk bed and separate queen bed). The lower level has a huge recreation room with large TV, video game machine (over 250 games), ping pong, fuseball and small kitchen. The lower level also has two bedrooms and two full baths (a master suite with a king and a kid room with two bunk beds), then a walkout deck with a brand new hot tub! (Sept, 2023) We also have a washer & dryer available for use.

Guest Access:
The entire house is yours as well as the EV Charger (level II) in the 2-car garage!

The Neighborhood:
You will be in the wonderful "Deep Creek Highlands Neighborhood". There is a tennis court, basketball court near the entrance (and by the trash bins). All of the houses in this development are very nice and most of beautiful lake views.

Getting Around:
There is no UBER/LYFT. All transportation is with your personal car. We highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle in the winter months.

Other Things to Note:
House bathrooms were gorgeously remodeled in 2023. Brand new hot tub in Sept, 2023! EV level 2 Charger in September, 2023!

Interaction with Guests:
You will be alone atop of Deep Creek Lake…. If you need anything you can message just Drew through the Airbnb app and he and his crew will do whatever they can to insure your stay is wonderful.
