WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

No service is guaranteed and is based upon availability.

Massanutten has numerous activities for your stay. The resort offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, etc. There is also an indoor water park that is sure to provide great memories. Wonderful restaurants and theaters are available within a 15-minute drive.

There is a $35/night pet fee PER pet which we will request separately. There is also a three night minimum for all weekends unless otherwise specified.

If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.

The house was very well kept. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The layout was perfect for our family. The grill worked for grilling hamburgers and the table seating worked for our large family-9 adults and 6 children. One suggestion would be to supply coffee filters that fit the machine there. Normal filters don't fit.

We had a nice stay at this home, it suited our group well. The layout is good for multiple sets of couples and I liked the access to resort amenities and access to restaurants and local activities. The house is located on a side road in the resort so low traffic and quiet area, good for a relaxing time.

Horrendous

Property is in severe disrepair. Management is extremely negligent. Our party wishes we never booked here. They have falsely advertised the bed situation. Their response was “they adjusted the bedroom configurations And that this did not impact the occupancy of the space.” Very frustrating to purchase what was advertised, then to show up and everything is switched around and incorrect. They are claiming the bed sizes are accurate, they are not. We measured the sizes of the beds ourselves after one person in our party fell out of a “queen” sized bed one night. Turns out it’s a Full. This is false advertising was an enormous detriment to our stay.The listing states:1 king in a master1 queen in a masterThe 4 side rooms were queensThe ACTUAL layout is:1 king in a master1 full/double in a master1 queen in a side room3 side rooms were full/doublesIn addition to the bed situation, there were MANY items of disrepair. Numerous outlets not functioning, doors not latching, doors not locking, holes in walls, front door lock is broken, one chandelier didn’t work, blinds broken and jagged and hanging, screen doors with gaping holes, many stains all over walls/pillows/bedspreads/pillows/couches/etc, coffee pot covered in paint, house was a freezing 58 degrees for our arrival at night in the winter. This was the most horrendous property we’ve ever rented. Management said they didn’t believe compensation was appropriate. Renter Beware!
