Summary:
Edgewater Lakehouse & HotTub is a modern updated cabin close to Payette Lake (easy walk to access & beach at Rotary Park), Payette River, restaurants, downtown McCall and dining. You’ll love the comfortable home, great room, location, trees, outdoor firepit, grill, new decks & HOT TUB on a hillside, the views, quiet residential neighborhood, wood burning stove, foosball, TVs and games inside, the proximity to downtown & endless activities outside. Close to public Tennis, Disc Golf & more.

The Space:
You will love the fun updated design. The dining room with sliding glass doors, hot tub, and large deck were all added in a 2016 remodel. Sleeping in 3 k/q bedrooms plus two full-size futons with bedding plus byo sleeping bags for airbed and couches make room for 10 guests. 6 very comfortable in 3 bedrooms and up to 10 allowed for close friends :) The garage is locked out - not available. Parking for 3 vehicles only. No parties or events. Neighborhood is quiet and we love our neighbors, so respect for them is critical.

Guest Access:
You will know you are there when you get to the 2 story red cabin at southwest corner of the Edgewater loop. A keypad allows you to open the deadbolt and then you can use the door knob to get in. The code will be sent to you just prior to your check in time. You do not need to meet with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
Edgewater Circle is between the McCall Fish Hatchery and Payette Lake at Rotary Park, near the Shore Lodge. We are right above the River and just below the outlet. The new Bistro by Rotary serves great breakfasts and lunches!, Lardo Grill & Saloon, The Shore Lodge with The Cutwater Restaurant and the Lake Grill are all a very short walk away. Albertson's and Starbucks are less than a mile away which also puts you into downtown McCall.
Brundage Resort lifts are 9 miles and 15 minutes away. Tamarack is about 30 minutes away. Tennis, BMX, Skateboard Park and Disc Golf Course at the High School 1 mile away down Mather Rd or Forest.
Parking is comfortable for 3 car/trailer units. McCall has set up for extra Snowmobile trailers to be parked at the Marina parking lot on Mill Rd between Fir and Pine, behind Gravity Sports. You may shuttle there if you have too many vehicles to fit.
No parties allowed. Keep it quiet outside, especially around the decks/HotTub. The Police enforce a 10 pm - 8 am noice curfew and neighbors will invite the Police to come cite you if you are violating. A violation reported to owners and/or police will result in a $200 forfeiture of the security deposit. Enjoy your stay and show great care and respect for the home, wildlife and neighbors.

Getting Around:
Bring bikes, boats, cars, atv's for getting around. The North Valley Rail Trail is at the end of Mather (head SE on Mather from our house to the High School). We recommend CHEAP THRILLS or MILE HIGH MARINA for rentals of all kinds.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy your stay at the Edgewater Lakehouse and tell your friends about it! They can find it with the term EdgewaterLakehouse and the familiar dott and com.
Parking limited to 3 vehicles which may use our driveway and in front of our picket fence. Not in neighbors driveways or in winter, blocking the snow plow drop zones.
