Hygge Mountain Retreat in the city of McCall, Idaho. An ideal spot to take in the stunning nature that surrounds McCall, located in the Rio Vista neighborhood, you're just minutes from Brundage Mountain, biking, running, hiking trails, local restaurants, and of course Payette Lake.

This spacious mountain getaway is designed for gathering, offering three levels with a common area on each floor, six bedrooms, and four bathrooms—giving everyone room to spread out, reconnect, and unwind in comfort.

Inside, you'll find two full kitchens with modern appliances, three inviting common areas, and two laundry rooms—perfect for large groups or multiple families traveling together. High-speed WiFi throughout the home makes it easy to stay connected, whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows on any of the six smart TVs.

Cozy up by the pellet stove after a day of adventure or head to the bonus game room for some friendly competition. The downstairs game room features a pool table, a convertible ping-pong/air hockey table, and a large smart TV—ideal for movie nights or game-day gatherings.

Upstairs, the loft-style common area offers a Murphy bed for additional sleeping, a large smart TV, a poker table, and a dedicated board game space—perfect for late-night laughs and family tournaments.

For wellness and recovery, the private gym off the king bedroom downstairs includes an electric bike, weight bench, dumbbells, and space to stretch or recharge after a day on the slopes or trails.

This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. There are cameras on every exterior side of the home that face all outdoor spaces, driveway, and road.

No A/C. No Pets. No smoking. No events. No fireworks.

This driveway is part of an easement that leads to a neighboring property.
- Guests must ONLY use the easement and the driveway for Hygge Mountain Retreat.
- Guests are not allowed to use the easement past the driveway to Hygge Mountain Retreat.
- There is room for a maximum of 4 cars and 1 trailer in the driveway
- There is a 2-car garage
- No parking on the easement.
- No trailers in the winter.
- No street parking.
Driveway has ample parking but due to snow accumulation, may not provide as much in the winter. Use 4WD in Winter as driveway is on slight hill. Small trailers okay, but may need to back out of driveway.
There is no place to turn around in the driveway and guests cannot turn around at the end of the street on the neighbor's property.

All vehicles MUST fit in driveway and garage - NO street parking allowed!

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

We LOVED this house. It was perfect for our family. It's basically like having 3 apartments, with the 3 levels each having bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and even 2 kitchens so we could have privacy and togetherness as needed! The patio space and backyard were also wonderful, and we enjoyed using the fire pit too. Having the pickleball court was huge for us, as the weather wasn't warm enough for lake activities but was great for playing pickleball. The house was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come again.

4th Annual Snowmobiling / Snowboard trip !!!

So we had 7 people ( all guys ) on our 4th annual snowmobile / Snowboarding trip to McCall during this week in March. This was the 1st time we stayed here in this house & the neighborhood is very close to get to Brundage & downtown McCall. Right away as you walk in its way bigger then the pictures show you !!! We had 2 trucks with snowmobiles on them & parking in the middle of winter with snow everywhere we could pull up into the the driveway & do a 3 point turn & have both trucks facing out as we left everyday. 7 guys with 4 bathrooms 4 showers was perfect for the trip, we cooked dinner every night & the kitchen was great because you could hangout in the living room & dinning room while you cook & be apart of all the conversations. The living room has a pellet stove & flat screen tv with channels to watch movies every night. The downstairs & upstairs are huge plenty of room to get away & have your own space. And yes last but not least the big hot tub outside was a bonus after sledding & skiing everyday with the high powered jets. YES we would stay here again & we probably will when we return again next year in March !!!
