Within a 1846 Casona. The apartment is newly renovated and is very spacious. It has two bedrooms, one of them with bathroom (top floor). The lower bedroom has view to Venus street, one of the most beautiful in the historic district.

Walk just one block and you will be at Olas Altas beach were you can spend the day enjoy the amazing sunsets of Mazatlan.

Other Things to Note:

Sometimes the noise in the neighborhood can be higher than usual. It is a music area until late at night, especially on weekends. We provide ear plugs in case it is necessary
