Relaxing Quiet Villa With Private Pool

Our Quiet Relaxing 3 bed 3 bath Villa for 8 Camposol on Sector D in Mazarrón offers private accommodation. There are two large terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a toaster. The villa provides rooms with air conditioning, free secure private parking and free WiFi.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

In the warmer months, you can make use of the barbecue facilities and dine on the private patio.

We want you to know that our part of the development is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. You will need a car to reach the shops/restaurants and get to the beach and other local facilities.

There isn't a public transport service in the development so a car is essential. There are two areas with shops and restaurants on "our" side of the motorway, in sector B, which you will drive past to reach the house. You will find a supermarket here along with bars and restaurants. The other is across the motorway, and there you will find the pharmacy, butchers and a great Bodega, as well as a great bar which offers an amazing breakfast menu.

The pool is out the back of the house and isn't overlooked, which is quite rare in our development and one of the things that drew us to the house. I hope you love it as much as we do.

Sadly, we once had a guest who made a negative comment regarding the location of our home. I believe he thought we were closer to Murcia City or the port of Mazarron.

Our wonderful keyholders Rob and Annemarie will give you a call a few days before your arrival date, to make arrangements to meet you at the house. They will show you where everything is, and how it works, and answer any questions you may have. At the end of your stay, they will meet you to collect the key.

We feel this personal service is very important and although a key box may be the preferred option, for some people who rent out their homes, we like the personal touch Annemarie and Rob provide.
