I am a stylish fusion of country and coastal living in a one-of-a-kind setting located at the heart of the NSW South Coast. Blanketed by dairy farms etched deep in my heart, I pride myself on my charm and elegance, a bygone era homestead with understated luxury and grace. My soothing energy hugs you as an ocean breeze ushers you toward roses intertwined with verandah posts, framing lush green paddocks and equine beauties. I am Mayfield Farm, a rural oasis only minutes to pristine beaches, restaurants, cafes and wineries perfect for family groups, couples, girls weekends and corporate retreats.
The Space:
Bradford pear trees line the drive as they welcome your arrival. I inspire comfort and lifestyle, easily accommodating up to 10 guests with my expansive 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
I am unique and luxurious with ornate high ceilings and rustic interiors. My features are captivating, adorned with period styling and decor to match the warming tones of my colour palette.
I am crisp white finishes throughout, my lounge room a sanctuary for family conversations, watching movies or total peace and relaxation. Let fresh air and sunlight in through doors that open onto my expansive veranda, your private windows to my rural landscape.
In winter, sample reds from local wineries as you soak up the heat from the combustion fireplace. Or play host to your private dinner party as the second fireplace radiates warmth in the dining room.
Youâll want to indulge in roast dinners and baking tasty delights in my fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a large range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Enjoy long lunches on my veranda or picnic under my 100 year old Moreton Bay Fig, an idyllic place to enjoy a story with family and friends. In winter months take advantage of my outdoor fire pit.
There is a vegetable patch for you to explore, my gift of country hospitality to enjoy. Youâll find peace and tranquillity in my beautiful setting and welcoming homestead. I am in a perfect location and only a short drive to magnificent Culburra and Callala Beaches.

10 minutes to Nowra's central shopping precinct and a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and general supplies.
13 minutes to Greenwell Point - amazing seafood, especially oysters
17 minutes to Jervis Bay - Callala Beach and Callala Bay.
30 minutes to Huskisson township by ferry. (17 min drive + Husky Ferry Service)
29 minutes to Berry township.
Getting Around:
The Husky Ferry Service departs hourly from Myola to Huskisson.
Numerous shuttle and transfer services operate within the region.
The area is generally flat so exploring on foot or by pushbike is easy and enjoyable.
