Lazy River Cottage on the Delaware River

"Nestles high on the bank of Delaware River stood a wooden shack. Despite its humble composition, the shack commands a panoramic view of the rushing water below.

One day a couple bought it. They set out to restore the cabin to a state fitting for its idyllic location and placement. They named the shack “Lazy River Cottage”. Someday, they want to live there, simply and joyfully. They picture spending their days fishing, reading, drinking sweet sun tea, lounging on the wraparound deck and looking at the glimmering river through the rustling leaves.

At dusk, they would enjoy a cozy meal in the candle light. After dark, they huddle around the fire table, gazing up a starry sky searching for the International Space Station.

When it rains, they would put a record on the turntable, light the fireplace, sit on the sofa by the windows and hear the water dripping through the branches of chestnut trees above…

So, before Lazy River is turned into a full time residence, you are invited to come and stay. Come and share the sublime and ever-changing scenery that nature has provided.
