Villa Caprisa is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Caprisa you will enjoy a spectacular view over the Bay of Naples and of the island of Capri. Villa Caprisa is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile), a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles), the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line at 1.1 km (roughly 0.68 miles) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 8.3 km (roughly 5.2 miles).
You will reach Villa Caprisa from the parking area going up approximately 11 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Caprisa you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to three or four (depending on size) cars. Please note that access to Villa Caprisa is along a narrow road. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).
Villa Caprisa is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the top floor.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view over the Bay of Naples and of the island of Capri. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 350 square meters (3770 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a masonry bench and with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an hammock. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include two sofas, two armchairs and a chaise longue. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has a high window, as well as a large window.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through a cased opening. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are classic, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The room has a window.
Study
You will be able to enter the study from the living room through a cased opening. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. They include three armchairs and a desk. The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room and from the dining room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Half bath 1
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen through an access area.
First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. In the bedroom you will find a closed mezzanine level, with a door. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and two desks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two large panoramic windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
