Next to it, the modern, fully equipped kitchen has a window facing the patio and Mediterranean plants.

The villa has two double bedrooms, both simple, bright, and with windows opening onto the terrace and gardens.

The bathroom is spacious, with custom ceramic tiles, a bathtub, and a separate shower.

All outdoor areas are designed to enjoy the surrounding olive trees and Mediterranean garden.

A large shaded patio offers space for relaxing and dining outdoors, while the private pool sits between the olive trees with sun loungers and open views of the garden and countryside.
