VILLA OLIVIA – ANACAPRI AREA
Villa Olivia is a beautifully restored historic home with a private infinity pool from where you can enjoy amazing sea and nature views while soaking in the sun or while relaxing in the jacuzzi. This villa offers great ways to relax and enjoy the Italian dolce vitta by the foot of Monte Solaro, on the island of Capri.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Entry from the street is via a small flight of stairs into a reception area.
• The owner has an office on the ground floor of the villa. However, he has a separate entrance, and he closes the door when he is there. He works in this office for a few hours in the mornings, and he will be at the guest's disposal during this period.

The villa develops on two floors.

INTERIOR:
On the ground floor, we find an inviting living room furnished in a simple and tasteful Mediterranean style, with a seating area with a fireplace. From this room, you can reach the terrace with panoramic sea views. We can also find the dining room and a lovely decorated kitchen.

In the sleeping area we can find four double bedrooms:
- One bedroom with double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and garden views.
- One bedroom with double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and access to the patio behind the pool area.
- One bedroom with double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and garden views.
- One bedroom with double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and sea views.

On the first floor we find two more bedrooms:
- One bedroom with double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, access to the garden and both garden and sea views.
- One bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the garden, with garden views.

OUTDOOR:
Outside we can find a heated infinity pool (heated on request; at least 3 days in advance), a terrace furnished with comfy chairs, perfect for an “aperitivo al fresco”, and a jacuzzi (not heated), inviting the guests to relax outdoors. There is also convenient parking on the property, a barbecue and a beautiful private garden.

Air conditioning throughout the house, heated swimming pool (on request), jacuzzi, barbecue, sun loungers, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, high chair, cot, washing machine, WI-FI, TV, hairdryer, blackout drapes and private open parking inside the property. Bath towels, bed linen included (change every 3 days) and daily housekeeping included.

Visit the Blue Grotto (Grotta Azzurra)
A trip to Capri isn’t complete without visiting the Blue Grotto. This iconic sea cave glows with an ethereal blue light as sunlight reflects through the water. You can access the grotto by boat and marvel at this natural wonder.

Take a Chairlift to Monte Solaro
For panoramic views of the island, hop on the chairlift in Anacapri that takes you up to the peak of Monte Solaro. From here, you can enjoy stunning vistas of the Bay of Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and even Mount Vesuvius on a clear day.

Wander Through Capri Town's Piazzetta
Capri’s lively Piazzetta is a charming square filled with cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. It’s the perfect spot to people-watch while sipping an espresso, especially in the early evening when the square comes alive with visitors and locals alike.

Hike the Path of Forts (Sentiero dei Fortini)
This scenic route offers a unique perspective of the island’s rugged cliffs, crystal waters, and historical forts along the way.

Visit the Gardens of Augustus (Giardini di Augusto)
These beautifully landscaped gardens in Capri offer incredible views of the iconic Faraglioni rock formations and Marina Piccola and is a great spot for photos and relaxation.
