Villa Castore is a property with a large garden and a swimming pool. It is located 350 metres from the centre of “S.Agata sui due Golfi”, 7 km far from Sorrento and Positano and 5 km far from Nerano.
The entire area of the villa covers 400 sqm and it is spreads over three levels. It can accommodate up to 13 people and has got a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 1 dining-room, living-room and other facilities.
In detail it is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: where there is the entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker, a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine; the dining-room, a sauna, a jacuzzi that can accommodate together all guests of the villa, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and the garden with the swimming pool and the solarium.

- First floor: with a second entrance, three double bedrooms (one with a sleeping sofa) each of them equipped with en suite bathroom and a terrace with a marvelous view.

- Second floor: with twith one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and a single bedroom that can fit in a double. Furthermore there is a living room with another sleeping sofa.

Villa Castore is provided with air conditioning in all rooms as well as a central heating, if you visit us in winter.
Furthermore there is a private car park available for our guests.

Neighborood and transportation
Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is located near Massalubrense, in the Sorrento peninsula between the gulfs of Salerno and Naples. In this part of the Sorrento peninsula there are some of the most beautiful beaches.
Finally from this area you can reach Sorrento in about 20 minutes by car.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 3 nights. They include the exclusive use of the property, the change of bed linen twice a week and of the towels daily. House cleaning included (3 hours per day, from Monday to Saturday).
The villa is for 12 + 1 pax
Use of the room with spa, sauna and indoor pool and relaxation area included.
The heating of the Jacuzzi and the use of the sauna are separate and the rate is € 120.00 per day (with notice of at least 24 hours)
Heating is separate and the rate is € 70.00 per day
Check-in time: from 3:00 pm
Check-out time: by 10:00 am

Important notice: a deposit of € 500 has to be paid in advance in case of damages and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
