VILLA BIONDA - MASSA LUBRENSE
Located on the Sorrento peninsula, Villa Bionda is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool, large terraces, and a sea view. Massa Lubrense is about 2 km away, where you can find shops, supermarkets, and transport links. The nearest sandy beach is Cala di Puolo (about 6 km away) and the towns of Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Pompei are all within easy driving distance. We recommend a car for your stay which you can park free of charge on the premises.

Villa Bionda (600 sqm) develops over two levels. The road leading to the villa is narrow (not suitable for large 4X4’s, campervans or caravans) and there are 17 steps up to the villa from the parking area.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room (with sofas, armchairs, desk, TV, and dining table for 10), a dining room (with table seating 20 people) and a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge freezer, oven, gas hob: 6 burners, microwave, fryer, Moka coffee pot, Americano coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and other small appliances). On this level, you will also find a laundry area (with washing machine, iron/ironing board) and one bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).

An internal staircase (14 steps) leads to the first floor, where you will find six bedrooms and three bathrooms:

- The first bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed, TV, air conditioning) with ensuite bathroom (with tub, shower cubicle, double sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer). The bedroom is accessed from the corridor;

- The second bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed, TV, air conditioning). The bedroom is accessed from the corridor;

- The third bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed, TV, fan). The bedroom is accessed from the corridor;

- The fourth bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed, TV, air conditioning). The bedroom is accessed fromt the corridor and
provides access to the pool through a glass door;

- The fifth bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed, TV, air conditioning). The bedroom is accessed from the corridor and
provides access to the second terrace;

- The sixth bedroom is a double bedroom (with double bed and TV) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).
From this bedroom you can access the second terrace.

- One bathroom (with shower, sink, bidet, toilet).

The bed measurements are:

Outside, there are two large terraces. The first terrace is accessed from the living/dining room and has two shady gazebos, tables and chairs for 20 people, and comfortable outdoor seating, as well as a pizza oven, stone barbecue, and wonderful views of the sea and the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procide. From the fifth and sixth bedrooms, you can access the second terrace, which has tables and chairs and wonderful views of the sea and the islands.

A staircase (16 steps) leads from the first terrace to pool area where you will find a private swimming pool (90 sqm; depth 1.7m – 2.2m; available 01 April to 31 October), table, chairs, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
