We strongly recommend that you, and all members of your party, purchase travel insurance which includes coverage against trip cancellation due to illness or death.âŻAppropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking.âŻPlease note that in the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to any events, occurrences or causes, including health reasons, cancellation terms will irrevocably apply.âŻ
VISITORS & GATHERINGS
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Feeling Italy. Each property has a maximum number of guests allowed. You understand and accept that the number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated on the property description. Should the house manager discover more people onsite than the maximum number allowed, as per property description, the extra people may be requested to vacate the house.âŻâŻ
LIMITATIONS
Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shootings or filming, please immediately inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking.âŻSuch use will only be allowed with our written consent.âŻYou are not allowed to organize any private parties, weddings, wedding receptions or large gatherings on our properties without our written permission, unless clearly specified in the description. Furthermore, services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service. No camping is permitted on any property grounds.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm.âŻ
It is your responsibility to check the permitted arrival time in the description of the property of your choice, as it may be different from the standard time indicated above, depending on the property.⯠In case of flight delays, or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee.âŻ
Check out time is 10 am.âŻ
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee. You must request these services in advance.âŻ
SECURITY DEPOSITâŻ
You will be asked to provide a security deposit against any damage, either upon arrival or at the time of booking.âŻWe request this deposit in order to cover the cost of any damage or breaking during your stay at the property.âŻ
On completion of your time on our property, this amount, minus any applicable claims, will be returned to you either on the date of your departure, or within 7 days after departure at the latest, if you paid your deposit at the time of booking.âŻ

We regularly visit and check each property, in order to welcome you with the highest possible standards.âŻBreakdowns beyond the control of Feeling Italy, such as cuts in the electricity, water or gas supply, and/or internet connection may occur, and these are the responsibility of the companyâs service providers.âŻShould this occur during your stay at one of our properties, we will do our best to solve the problem at earliest convenience.âŻ
If you have any issues during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact either the house-manager or our office immediately.âŻAny complaints lodged at the end or after the stay on our property will not be taken into consideration.âŻIf you leave the property without informing us, you will lose all rights to claim any possible refund, or rebate.âŻ
CLEANINGâŻ
Feeling Italy will clean the property throughout at the beginning of your rental period. You are expected to leave the property in good conditions at the end of your rental period.âŻ
GUESTâS OBLIGATIONS
The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. Should the client and his party exhibit unacceptable behavior, the key holder may ask the client and his party to vacate the house.âŻ
Any wood ovens available on our properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided to you by Feeling Italy.âŻPlease contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.âŻWood oven use for self-catering or use by external pizza chefs is not allowed, under any circumstance.âŻ
HEATINGâŻCOSTSâŻ
Heating costs are not alwaysâŻincluded in the price of your booking.âŻYou are kindly asked to verify this on the description of the property of your choice. If not included in the booking cost, heating fees must be paid directly and immediately to the house-manager, before departure. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries.âŻIf you are booking a property during low season, make sure you ask for an estimate of heating costs before making your booking.âŻPlease also note that, according to the Italian law, heating can only be turned on from November 1st to April 15th.âŻ
