Villarena is an antique XVII century property which looks down onto landscaped terraces, typical of the Sorrento countryside A well thought out restoration has brought about an enchanting compromise between the old and new structures. Independent apartments have been built within the old structure without losing any of its antique charm. The apartments are all individually furnished with a distinctive elegant and simplicity, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
On the landscaped levels there are: swimming pool with hydromassage jets, solarium, sunbeds, lemon gardens, pergolas providing a shaded area, play area for small children, ping pong table and equipment for practicing sports and fitness.
A private parking available for the entire period of the overnight stay.
Common area, next to the prestigious Villarena Old cellar, equipped with kitchen and refrigerators to be able to get together and enjoy a nice lunch even outdoors with a view of the sea.
The Villa is made up of 4 apartments and 2 double rooms, it might accommodate up to 18 guests or more on request. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchens in the apartments, mini fridges in the double rooms.
Often we rent the Villa for families, friends or to plan special events such as weddings or birthdays.
The price includes wi-fi, electricity, gas, water, linen and towels, mid-week cleaning and linen change, parking from 5 to 8 cars, beach towels, solarium, pool, playground, sea view terrace and large gazebo.
The price does not include the local City tax applied to all adult guests (over 18 years old), air conditioning Euro 0,50/Kwh, final cleaning to pay at the check in Euro 500,00 and damage deposit Euro 2.500,00 which which will be refunded after an inspection of the property on departure.
On request at extra charge are available: cots, extra beds, breakfast, chef, grocery shopping, fully equipped kitchen and events planning.
The property can be found in Nerano, a traditional fishing village in the municipality of Massalubrense, a well known town situated at the furthermost point of the famous Sorrento peninsula.
