ESTATE DEL NOCE - SANT'AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI
Estate Del Noce consists of two spacious villas with private swimming pools located within walking distance of Sant'Agata village. Ideal for families and events, the estate is close to beaches and popular tourist spots along the Amalfi coast, such as Sorrento (10 km) and Positano (17 km). There are shops and Michelin-starred restaurants in Sant’Agata, and walkers and nature lovers will enjoy walks in the Punta Campanella nature reserve.

LA PINETA (sleeps 9)

A newly built villa with bright and spacious rooms, Villa La Pineta (360 sqm) is built on three levels and is surrounded by 650sqm of lawns and ornamental plants plus 12,000sqm of fruit groves.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a lounge area (with sofas), a dining area (with wooden dining table seating 12) and an old-style kitchen with all the mod cons and access to the terrace. There is also a laundry room (equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board) and a guest bathroom (with basin, toilet).

In the sleeping area on the ground floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, heating, a fan, and access to the terrace) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).

On the first floor (reached by an internal staircase, approx. 25) we find the main sleeping area consisting of:

- one double bedroom (with double bed, air conditioning/heating, and a window with views of Capri Island); an adjacent bathroom
(with jacuzzi bath and shower, hairdryer, bidet, sink and toilet)

- one single bedroom (with single bed and desk, heating, and a fan)

- one twin bedroom (with two single beds, a desk, two windows, air conditioning/heating)

- one separate bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer)

Finally, there is an internal spiral staircase (narrow, with 12-steps) up to the second-floor attic which consists of one double bedroom (double bed, air conditioning, heating) and a small bathroom (with shower, toilet, and basin).

The villa overlooks a large tree-lined lawn leading to a pool (7.26 m x 11m; depth 1.4m - 1.8m; open from 1 April to 31 October) with an attractive decking area, an outdoor dining terrace with a shady lounge area and an outdoor kitchen (with cupboards, pizza oven, sink and grill).

VILLA NINO (sleeps 12 + 1)

A lovely with a spacious garden, swimming pool and indoor spa, Villa Nino (350 sqm) is built on three levels and is perfect for large groups of friends or several families.

The ground floor has an open plan layout with separate lounge areas (with sofas), a dining area (with table for 8), a TV area and a well-equipped kitchen (with small table). There is also a spa room which can be used on request for a fee (with hot tub with maximum water temperature up to 30 Degrees Celsius, sauna, gym equipment and pool table) and a guest bathroom (with basin and toilet).

In the sleeping area on the ground floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, air conditioning/heating and access to the main terrace) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer).

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms:

- one triple bedroom with balcony (with double bed and single sofa bed, air conditioning/heating) with ensuite bathroom (with shower,
