Extending over 95m², the newly built property accommodates up to 8 people. Its enviable outdoor space features several areas that are perfectly furnished for relaxing or al fresco dining in the shade.



Spend days on the private terrace and in the shared open air, punctuated by dips in the lovely shared pool and soaking up the sun on one of the sunbeds. The pool area also features showers.



With a good selection of shaded areas in the garden, you can spend long days outdoors, even preparing meals in the woodburning oven and enjoying drinks at the gazebo bar.

The villa interior is also well-equipped, with a living area with well-equipped corner kitchen, a dining table and chairs, and two sofa beds.
