Welcome to Sea Spark, your peaceful Cape Cod retreat tucked into the heart of New Seabury. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel at ease with your reserved parking space and charming brick walkway lined with beautiful shrubs and flowering trees leading to the private entrance.
Inside, this lovely, well-maintained two-level getaway offers sun-drenched comfort, central AC, and serene golf course views throughout. The main floor features a bright living room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofas, and large sliders overlooking New Seabury's scenic Dunes golf course. Step outside to the private brick patio, complete with a comfortable seating area perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or dining al fresco.
The updated galley kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A convenient stacking washer and dryer are tucked nearby, along with a full bathroom on the main level.
The spacious first-floor bedroom is filled with natural light thanks to a second slider opening toward the patio. Featuring a king-sized bed, this inviting space allows for easy and comfortable first-floor living.
Upstairs, natural light pours in through skylights that brighten both the roomy full bathroom and the large second bedroom. A cozy sitting area by the windows offers the perfect spot to watch TV, read your favorite book, or simply unwind while taking in peaceful golf course views.
