STELLA MARINA is a comfortable seafront house in a residence with swimming pool in the town of Mascali, 30 km from Catania and Taormina. From the furnished terrace you enjoy the sea view (near 50 meters) and Etna. The house is at the center of the most beautiful landscapes, historic and cultural attractions in eastern Sicily. STELLA MARINA holiday home overlooks the seafront of Mascali, on a beach of small smooth stones, ideal for those who like to sunbathe and bathe at sea. The house is located within an elegant holiday residence used mostly by apartment owners in the summer season. The residence has three entrances of which two automatic gates with remote control for cars and a pedestrian entrance. Inside the residence, there are large terraces and boulevards where you can take walks with flowerbeds always kept by the gardener. Access to the pool is free but you need to use the headset for your hair. The pool is open from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 and is always supervised by a lifeguard who controls the order and security. The pool can be used from the second half of June to the end of September.
The residence also has a large free car park where you can park your car in total safety.
The front of the house is free access and is easily accessible to seniors and children. The beach is very large. There are about 300 meters of equipped beach facilities where you can rent sun umbrellas and armchairs.
The house is located on the first floor of a small building of 6 apartments (there are other buildings in the residence) and is composed of: a large front terrace with sea view and Etna, furnished with awning, sofa, armchairs, table and chairs . The house consists of a large living room which is also used as a dining room or common room for guests, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and, if necessary, a further double sofa bed in the living room, independent kitchen , bathroom with shower.. It offers hospitality to a maximum of 6 people plus a baby cot. Ideal for a large family or three couples of friends. The holiday home is suitable for short and long stays and offers many services: bathroom linen, bedding and blankets, inverter 12.000 BTU air conditioning, electric heating, washing machine, fans, sunshade and deck chairs, iron, board from ironing board, hair dryer, various appliances, electric mosquito nets, pots and utensils, covered for table, fridge and freezer, microwave oven and microwaves, TV, radio clock, baby cot.
You will find everything you need to spend a comfortable holiday with all the comforts and elegance of a complete home of everything.
The home will be totally at your disposal. We will give you the keys at check in and we will resume it on checkout.

The rental price includes the supply of bath towels and bed linen, final cleaning and consumables.
The rental of the apartment will be governed by a mandatory mandatory rental contract in Italy.
The apartment at each change of guests is cleaned and reorganized to ensure hygiene and elegance for incoming guests.
We require a small security deposit of ⏠150.00 to cover possible damage to the apartment that will be returned at the end of the holiday.

The house is located in the town of Mascali although it is closer to the town of Riposto, home of the Etna port, a marina where large sailing boats and luxurious private vessels of rich sailors land. Here you can rent unmanned guided boats or boats for excursions to Taormina. From the marina, daily guided boat trips take you to the Aeolian Islands, a large archipelago of volcanic islands of which one still operates.
From the house are within walking distance all the business activities without the need to use the car.
The tourist area is full of restaurants, bars where you can enjoy typical Sicilian cuisine or international dishes.
The nearby marine nature reserve of Fiumefreddo, 4 km away, will offer you a particularly clean sea and a charming beach with, behind, a large forest of trees. The beach in front of the house will allow you to bathe at sea enjoying the views of Etna and Taormina.
The most important tourist attractions are within easy reach. We recommend Catania, the Etna volcano, Taormina, Syracuse, Aci Trezza, Giardini Naxos, the gorges of the Alcantara river and other destinations that we will point you upon arrival in the apartment.
For those arriving in Sicily by plane, we recommend renting a car at the airport where there are several rental companies that will provide you the car of the size most suitable for your group to be free to move around the territory. The area is served by taxis and buses that allow you to travel to Catania and the nearby towns on the waterfront.
The house is well connected with the countries, cities and tourist destinations by highways and fast-paced roads. In the city of Catania you can use the bus and underground. The local train, three kilometers away from home, will allow you to cycle around the Etna volcano one day stopping in the Etna volcanoes.
