The screened porch is perfect for relaxing to the mesmerizing sounds of the babbling brook. A fire pit area behind the home is the perfect place to roast marshmallows and enjoy the creek. The home is fully furnished to be your home away from home and has fiberoptic internet with super fast wifi. Accessibility features include a ramp for the 3 entry steps, multiple grab bars in the bathroom, and shower seat. Adjacent meadow planted with 33 blueberry bushes.

Kitchen, family room, full bathroom, and king bedroom with laundry on main level. Spiral staircase leads to loft area with 2 twin beds, full bathroom with tub shower, and private bedroom with full size bed.

Adjacent to the confluence is a fire pit with seating to relax and enjoy the streams. Near the fire pit is a bridge to a trail to the waterfall, so you can get out and stretch your legs. Easy access and plenty of parking for several cars!

The 43-acre property has 4 homes and the Blueberry Creek Lodge and Blueberry Creek Retreat are also available for rent.

Perfect launching pad to the Tail of the Dragon (10 minutes), Chilhowee Lake (20 minutes), Tellico Lake (20 minutes), Tuckaleechee Caverns (45 minutes), Dollywood (70 minutes) and Cades Cove (80 minutes)!

30 minutes from the Knoxville airport, 18 minutes to Maryville shopping, and 5 minutes to nearest gas station.

Rent a pontoon boat from Sequoyah Landing and/or jet skis from All In Power Sports and explore the stunning Tellico Lake. (We do this every summer- it is amazing!)

Bring your kayak and paddleboard! Harrison Branch Boat Ramp is only 13 minutes with easy access to the peaceful Tennessee River. Or drive another 7 minutes up the 129 to Chilhowee Lake and Abrams Creek- Hwy 129 and Happy Valley Rd is a popular kayak input. These boat ramps are free. We have inflatable paddleboards/life jackets available to rent upon request.

Cades Cove hiking and biking are fantastic day trips- Abram Falls Trail is a favorite! We also love Dollywood and Splash Country and the Tuckaleechee Caverns.

Wildlife
The Smoky Mountains are full of natural beauty, and you may encounter local wildlife—including bears, snakes, and spiders. Guests often spot deer, hawks, turkeys, turtles, blue heron, and occasionally even a playful river otter in the creek!
