Situated just 500 metres from Marysville town centre, this charming relocated home 'Brighton Falls' offers the idylic country escape for couples, friends and one or two family groups.

Enjoy the stunning mountain views and wake up to the sound of native wildlife in this very private serene space.

With an abundance of outdoor activities such as bushwalking, fishing, cycling and trail running, Marysville has plenty to offer for all ages.

This property boasts three generous sized bedrooms, one bathroom containing a bath, shower, toilet and sink and a separate powder room.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer luxurious king-sized beds with quality linen, wall-mounted smart TVs, generous cupboard space and bedside tables with lamps for your convenience.

Bedroom 3 features two bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a shelf with a wide selection of kids books and games for various ages. Please note that bunk beds have a maximum weight limit of 80kg per bed and are recommended for use 18 years and under.

There is a convenient study nook off the living room, creating a separate space to work or study whilst maintaining interaction with your other guests. Free WiFi is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need such as a dishwasher, espresso machine, stainless steel fridge, gas oven, stove and electric frypan. Tea and coffee is provided as well as all your basic pantry staples.

Be spoilt for choice with a large selection of DVDs in the living room. There is a wall-mounted smart TV, DVD player and a comfy 8 seater leather couch.

There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Guests will have access to the whole house and carport, garage is not accessible to guests. There is sufficient parking for multiple cars at the property.

This house has recently been renovated and is a fantastic house.. 3 great bedrooms, huge lounge with all gthe entertainment you could need and a kitchen with dining room / games room is a treat. Stay here when in Marysville..you will not be disappointed...

Wonderful Place to Stay in Marysville

Despite the poor weather over the Easter weekend we had a very pleasant stay on an immaculate property. The hosts were terrific with their communication, will certainly look forward to staying there again in the future.

Comfortable stay

Great house with lots to do especially we visited during the wet weather. So many games for the kids and even the adults. The highlight would have been the pool table. Lots of fun, only downside was we ran out of hot water and it took a very very long time for the tank to heat up, just need to be mindful of that if you have big groups. Other than that, really enjoyable stay. Thank you!

The perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only was the house very comfortable and cosy, there were a lot of added extras that made our stay very enjoyable. Indoor woodfire, outdoor fire pit, fresh coffee beans, pool table, HEAPS of kids games, books and toys, and a lovely location just up the hill within walking distance (maybe 8 mins) from the town. Marysville winter getaway

Beautiful cozy house not far from Marysville town centre. Fireplace was well stocked to keep the winter cold out in addition to ducted gas heating. Really pretty garden, overall we had very pleasant stay with the family. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Getaway in Marysville

This property is beautifully presented, with lots of little extras to enjoy, including many DVDs, games, jigsaws and a pool table. We loved the fireplace, and the king size bed was very comfortable. There is a coffee machine with beans supplied and it was nice to have USB chargers built in many power points. The outside is beautiful with plants, with a sitting area on the front deck with the morning sun, and the back area has an outdoor FirePit. Pictures are accurate on the listing. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend Brighton Falls for a getaway.
