The three-room apartment is on the ground floor and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, electric oven, wi-fi internet, coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets etc.
In the garden, in addition to parking spaces, there are outdoor spaces shared by all guests, equipped for relaxation and entertainment, with table tennis, bicycles, solarium etc. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is spacious and bright, with new and modern furniture.
The living room with open kitchen is furnished with dining room, 1 double sofa bed and the TV.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms all with en suite shower rooms.

Villa Madonnina is located along the Taranto Ionian coast, not far from the lively seaside town of Campomarino di Maruggio.
The nearest beaches are only 300 meters away. Here the sea is deep blue and crystal clear, and the sand dunes are soft and golden. In Campomarino di Maruggio in summer there are all the main services.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
