Villa Diamante is a holiday home with private access to the beach of Campomarino. It consists of two independent floors, connected by the inner garden. The two apartments have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine and barbecue. Villa Diamante can accommodate up to 10 guests. Small pets are allowed.

Villa
Diamante is perfect for a holiday by the beach. It`s on the beach of
Campomarino, on a private street that ends at the beach. The two-floor
holiday home is modern and functional. Doors and windows are protected
by gratings. It is possible to park one car in the property.
On the raised ground floor there is a big terrace with an amazing view on the sea and crystal balustrade, a big living room with kitchen and glass walls, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the basement there are a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms,
one of which with ensuite bathroom, and another bathroom with shower.
There is a furnished outdoor area with table and chairs. This floor is
reachable from the inner garden or from the outside.
In the inner
garden there are the access to the beach, 3 outdoor shower with hot
water and 2 laundry areas. Moreover, it is possible to leave sea
equipments and canoes or inflatables.
 
 
The surroundings of Villa Diamante
Villa Diamante is a prestige villa on the Blue Flag awarded beach of Campomarino,
on the Apulian Ionian coast. The city centre, which is part of
Maruggio, is within walking distance. The most beautiful and famous
beaches, such as the ones in Porto Cesareo, are 20 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Just small size pets are allowed. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 112 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- No air conditioner on the basement floor.
