Villa
Diamante is perfect for spending your vacation right by the sea. It?s
located right on Campomarino Beach, at the end of a private road that
leads directly to the beach.
Modern and functional, the vacation
home is spread over two floors. The windows and doors are protected by
screens, and an outdoor parking space is available.
On the mezzanine level,
there is a large terrace shaded by a pergola, offering a wonderful
unobstructed sea view thanks to the glass railing. From the terrace,
through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you enter a spacious living room with a kitchen, and from there to the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
In the basement, there is a living room with a kitchen and one double sofa bed, two double bedrooms ? one of
which has an en suite bathroom?plus a second bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area is furnished with a table and chairs. This level is
accessible both from the inner garden and directly from the outside.
The
inner garden provides direct access to the beach and outdoor facilities
(3 hot-water showers and 2 washbasins); there is a convenient area for
storing beach gear and any canoes or rowboats.

Villa Diamante is a prestigious villa located directly on Campomarino Beach, one of the Blue Flag-certified beaches on the Ionian Sea in Puglia.
The
center of the seaside resort, a hamlet of Maruggio, is within walking
distance and offers all the main amenities. The most beautiful and
famous beaches, such as those in Porto Cesareo, are 20 kilometers away?just a few minutes? drive.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Just small size pets are allowed. Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 112 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- No air conditioner on the basement floor.
- Some rooms are in the basement.
