Casina delle Nespole offers rooms for up to 4 people in a farmhouse with swimming pool. The 16th-century structure stands in the countryside of Maruggio, Alto Salento, just 3 km from the beaches of the Ionian Sea.

The casina is on the ground floor and consists of a triple room with double bed + single bed and with en suite shower room, living room with 1 single sofa bed, plus the second shower room.

The prestigious ancient masseria is located in the countryside of Maruggio, just 3 km from the beaches of Torre Ovo and Campomarino di Maruggio, seaside resorts lying on the Salento`s Ionic arch south of Taranto.
The
property is positioned on a road junction from which it`s easy to reach
various Apulian resorts, renowned wine cellars or restaurants on the
coast to enjoy seafood.
 
All around the farmhouse expanses
of green and red earth dotted with ancient trulli accompany the gaze
toward the blue horizon of the sea, which is clearly visible on clear
days. 
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared washing machine.
