Trullo Corni di Fiasco is a holiday home in the countryside in Campomarino di Maruggio,
on the Ionian coast of Salento. The villa consists of a recently-built
modern unit, built by following the typical architectural style of
Salento and a renovated trullo, which were harmoniously combined and it
accommodates up to 5 guests.
The villa is equipped with large outdoor equipped areas, above ground pool, barbecue, parking, internet, air conditioning, fireplace, heating system, washing machine,
iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee
machine, microwave oven, tv, stereo, video-surveillance system, mosquito
nets. Pets are allowed.

Trullo
Corni di Fiasco is characterized by the charm of the Mediterranean
houses, its star-vaulted ceilings, its stone cone and the accessories of
a modern villa. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden with
olive trees. There are several outdoor areas equipped as dining area or
with beach beds.
The kitchen is introduced by glass doors and it`s equipped with induction hob. The villa consists of a living room with fireplace, corridor with bookshelf and double bedroom in the trullo. In the modern area of the villa there is another double bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom.
Its
light, its style characterized by ancient stones, the quality of the
furniture and the accessories and the garden, make the villa the ideal
solution for a holiday surrounded by nature and the authentic side of
Salento, allowing to keep your privacy.

The
holiday home is in the area Monaco Mirante, a short drive away from the
beaches of Campomarino and the crystal clear sea which characterizes
this tract of Ionian coast, with many tourist amenities and where you
will enjoy extraordinary and unique sunsets.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from June to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
