Welcome to our home away from home. This modern take on a bungalow has everything you could ever want and more while enjoying the tranquility and vibrant culture of Martinborough. Fully equipped with all the modern day luxuries, this four bedroom house is perfect for families and friends to get away and enjoy time together (it even has four off street parking spaces). This house was designed and built in 2020 with a place to escape and relax in comfort in mind.



Staying here you can enjoy the large indoor outdoor living area where you can sit back and relax on the large north west facing deck with a glass of your favourite local wine or beer while watching the sunset. Or perhaps you could enjoy a classic kiwi BBQ while the kids are playing on the grass, in the wendy house or they could be down at the Pinot Grove communal swimming pool (closed from Easter until Labour Weekend), petanque or tennis court.



The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and an ensuite. With its own private access onto the deck, it is a place of peace and quiet. The queen room also has private access to the deck while the two twin rooms with king single bed plus trundle are cleverly located as far away from the living area as possible. This allows the early to bed people to sleep while the night owls continue to share in fellowship. We have many great memories of happy times spent with family and friends in Martinborough and we hope this happy home can provide the same opportunities for you.

Please call us between 9am and 5pm, 7 days a week during your stay if you have any questions. OR after hours only in an emergency.



No parties, no outside noise after 10pm
